Customer Services Advisor (CRM Support) in Alloa

You'll be joining a well-established organisation within the housing sector that provides a range of services to tenants and customers across the local area. They are now looking for an experienced and approachable Customer Services Assistant to join their team, providing high-quality frontline customer service alongside general administrative support. As Customer Services Assistant, you will act as a key first point of contact for customer enquiries while supporting the wider organisation with day-to-day administration.
