As an HGV Mechanic, you'll carry out inspection, maintenance and repair work on a diverse fleet including HGVs, LGVs, plant equipment and specialist municipal vehicles.
- Conducting routine servicing, MOT preparation and safety inspections
- Diagnosing faults and completing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repairs
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety and local authority standards
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive workshop environment
Requirements:
- Timeâserved HGV Mechanic / Vehicle Technician (or equivalent)
- Experience working on HGVs and/or municipal fleet vehicles
- HGV licence (desirable but not essential)
Working pattern: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
