Admin support, updating systems and contracts, updating CRM systems

Your new role
My client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to support the Contracts Executive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth operational processes.

  • Provide administrative support to the Contracts Executive and wider team.
  • Maintain and update contract documentation and client records.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, proposals, and contract renewals.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external clients to ensure contract requirements are met.
  • Monitor contract timelines and flag key dates or actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
