We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. This role is primarily administrative but offers a dynamic and varied workload, ensuring that no two days are the same. This role is FULLY on SITE!
Salary - £27,000 - £30,000
Key Responsibilities:- Managing general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the business.
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels, ensuring accurate tracking and replenishment when required.
- Overseeing credit control processes, ensuring timely payments and managing outstanding balances.
- Checking and verifying accounts, including liaising with clients and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies.
- Following up on accounts, including chasing overdue payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Supporting other departments with administrative duties as needed.
- Managing compliance and payroll for subcontractors.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Some financial background is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to work, with a willingness to take initiative.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, credit control, or stock management would be advantageous.
