Job Description
Your new company
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator/Receptionist to join a team in Nottingham.
You will provide a high-quality first point of contact for customer service at a remote venue.
You will provide an enquiry desk to answer any enquiries, and sign posting to the wider service teams where required.
Your new role
You will work with specialist support teams to provide an effective booking service, monitor and enter attendance records and contribute towards the provision of an effective, efficient and professional administrative service.
This is a remote role where lone work may occur.
You will be the first point of contact, providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders enquiring information, appointments, advice or support, handling face-to-face, email and telephone enquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Receive and enter attendance registers
To manage e-mail inbox and be the first point of contact To liaise with venue staff as a representative as and when necessary. For example, with security, cleaning, reception, venue customer service. To provide support and appropriate sign posting
To use effective communication skills, both oral and written, to deal tactfully, efficiently and effectively with a wide variety of people. To maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality as necessary.
To record and report on contact data via face to face, email, telephone enquiries as necessary.
To promote and report on the collection of Enquiry Reception Desk feedback
Maintain the provision of visual advice, information and support; providing hard copy leaflets and support info.To plan and prioritise your own workload, taking responsibility to ensure deadlines are met and good standards of service are provided.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of working in a customer-facing front service and experience of working at a remote location alone and using your own initiative. Experience of planning and prioritising work and experience of working with software.
The ability to use a range of IT packages including MS Office, Excel and emails
Knowledge of Data protection
Good numeric skills, strong communication skills and the ability to respond quickly to changes
A good understanding of data integrity and attention to detail regarding data quality
What you'll get in return
There are 2 roles available: Monday to Thursday, 10am-5pm, and Sat and Sunday, 10am-5pm.
Β£28.7k pro rota Β£15ph
