This local organisation is looking to hire a full-time, permanent administration assistant based in Lisburn.

This organisation is based in Lisburn but works throughout towns and cities in Northern Ireland. This is a long-standing organisation that is recognised throughout as an industry leader.

This role sits within a busy and expanding team. You will work Monday–Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 (and finish at 16:00 on a Friday). In this role you will be responsible for the following:

  • Tracking company resource allocation and contractors' hours of work
  • Administration support with various company contracts
  • Assisting with invoices and applications for payments
  • Compiling company-specific reports
  • Maintaining appropriate filing systems
  • Managing office requirements
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and telephone calls
  • Managing paperwork
  • Covering reception

To be considered for this role, you will have the following:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative position
  • Strong IT skills - particularly in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently and take initiatives
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
