Key Responsibilities:- Front-of-house reception duties: greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing enquiries
- Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate pupil records and managing attendance data
- Handling correspondence, filing, and general office duties
- Assisting with school communications, newsletters, and event coordination
- Previous experience in a school office or similar administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and school MIS systems (SIMS experience desirable)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one through Hays
- Competitive hourly rate paid weekly
