A well-established logistics organisation is seeking a Customer Service & Compliance Supervisor to join their operations in Altham. This is a flexible, cross-functional role that will support multiple departments, ensuring high standards of customer service delivery alongside strong compliance adherence. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer experience, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting operational efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day customer service activities, ensuring a high standard of responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex customer queries and complaints.
  • Monitor service levels and implement improvements where required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
