A leading organisation in the Co Tyrone area is seeking an Accounts & Payroll Assistant to join its established Finance Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working with accuracy, ownership, and attention to detail.

In this position, you will support the Finance Team with a range of duties, including:

  • Payroll processing
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements and arranging payments
  • Handling telephone queries
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems for invoices and statements
  • Supporting wider administrative tasks as required

You will bring strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced finance environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Ability to work on your own initiative

  • Previous experience in an office or finance‑based role
