Our client is seeking to hire an outgoing and self-motivated individual who has experience working within a similar role.

  • Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire
  • Type: Maternity cover, a fixed-term contract of 5 months
  • Hours: 20 hours per week, working either 5 hours per day, 4 days per week, or 4 hours per day, working 5 days per week. Flexibility on when the hours are worked.

Duties:

  • Processing supplier invoices via our purchase ledger
  • Reconciling our business bank account
  • Raising cheques
  • Processing debit card payments
  • Processing our credit card statements
  • Working with Excel spreadsheets
  • Dealing with accounts enquiries - internally and with clients and suppliers
  • Managing the petty cash
  • Settling supplier invoices by BACS

Experience Required:

  • Experience as an all-round Accounts Assistant
  • Able to prioritise your work
  • Enthusiastic and willing to assist other members of the team
