An established professional services firm is seeking a Legal Accounts Assistant to join its finance team. Salary: £27,000 - £31,000 pro rata Hours: 20-25 hours per week, Monday-Friday Benefits: Pension, Health Cash Plan, Death in Service Key Responsibilities: Processing daily receipts, payments and bank transactions Maintaining client and purchase ledgers Assisting with fee invoicing, reconciliations and credit control Processing supplier invoices and authorised payments Managing petty cash and employee expenses Supporting month-end and year-end finance activities Assisting with audit and compliance requirements Providing cover for the Senior Bookkeeper when required The Person: Minimum 1 year's experience in an accounts, finance or bookkeeping role Accounting Technician or bookkeeping qualification desirable Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and a professional approach This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Legal Cashier or Bookkeeper seeking a flexible part-time role within a professional and supportive working environment.
