12-Month FTC – Accounts Assistant Your new company Based in Hammersmith, a leading specialist consultancy providing data and analytics solutions to global organisations. This business is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a 12-month FTC. Your new role Posting journals. Processing invoices and expenses.
Bank reconciliations. To be responsible for any day-to-day finance queries when other members of the team are unavailable To report and support the financial controller with projects and tasks that they may need for reporting purposes Preparing financial reporting slides for planning meetings. Checking and approving payments to suppliers and expenses Monitoring the bank balances daily.
Credit control and liaising with customers to ensure timely payment of invoices What you'll need to succeed Excellent written and verbal communication skills Personal Responsibility and Ownership Planning and organisation High attention to detail Experience with SAGE Line 50 Strong Excel skills What you'll get in return Hybrid working: 2 days in and 3 days from home.
