You will be joining a well-established and successful local firm as they grow their finance team. This role sits within the central support function for the wider business and plays a crucial role in managing customer accounts, debt resolution and contributing to monthly accounts.
Working alongside the team, you will work 8am-5pm Mon-Fri on site (2-day hybrid working available after 6 months). You will be accurately inputting financial information into Excel, creating reports and speaking directly with internal stakeholders and external client queries.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Prior experience of working in financial administration or debt collection would be beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent accurate data entry skills.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Able to work to deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills, including phone and email.
- Confident communicator who works well as part of a team.
