Your new role
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers. Process invoices, receipts, and payments. Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
- Budgeting and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Generate financial reports and statements. Analyse financial data to identify trends and variances.
- Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Assist with internal and external audits. Maintain documentation for audit purposes.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the finance team. Manage office supplies and equipment. Handle correspondence and communication related to financial matters.
