Your new company

You will be joining a forward-thinking and well-established organisation based in Aberdeen, operating within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The organisation is known for its supportive culture and commitment to innovation, offering an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic corporate services function. You will support them on a temporary basis for 1 week from Monday 1st of June at their office in Aberdeen.

Your new role

As Receptionist, you will act as the first point of contact for the business, managing the reception desk and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and colleagues. You will handle calls, emails, and enquiries, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and support senior stakeholders with day-to-day administrative tasks. Alongside front-of-house duties, you will help maintain the smooth running of the office by organising supplies, supporting facilities activities, processing expenses, and responding to general internal requests. This is a varied role requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar receptionist or administrative position, with the ability to manage a busy workload in a professional environment. You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, alongside strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
