The Opportunity A leading professionalservices organisation in Bath is seeking a Accounts Assistant to join itsgrowing finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking tobuild a long-term career within finance and gain exposure to a broad range of transactionaland month-end accounting activities.

The successfulcandidate will work closely with operational teams across the business, supporting invoicing, financial administration and reporting processes whiledeveloping valuable commercial finance experience.

Key Responsibilities Raising and issuing client invoices accurately and on schedule.

Supporting project and operational teams with financial administration.

Monitoring timesheet submissions and resolving discrepancies.

Assisting with month-end activities including accruals and prepayments.

Reviewing departmental cost reports and financial data.

Maintaining accurate records across finance systems.

Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc reporting and administration.

Assisting with process improvement initiatives where appropriate.

About You Studying AAT.

Recently graduated.

Looking to move into finance from an administrative or customer service background.

Already working within accounts administration and seeking a broader role.
