An exciting opportunity has arisen with a well-performing and high-profile client based in the Bristol/Bath region. They have embarked upon a number of large and complex technology transformation initiatives and are seeking a seasoned, confident and reliable 3rd Party Supplier/Vendor Manager to support their team, 3rd party suppliers and the transformation programme.
We expect the successful professional to adopt this role to likely come from a PMO or a Senior Projects Support background. You will play a pivotal part in the clients' digital transformation. You will be the bridge between the business and a number of third-party suppliers that are feeding into a large digital transformation workstream. You will work to ensure that the right level of support is provided, ensure the teams integrate effectively and manage onboarding in a streamlined manner, including any further associated activities.
- Support the supplier feeding into the client's transformation programme
- Set up supplier with all appropriate tools and contacts to drive successful delivery
- Track vendor costs, manage invoices and coordinate with the central PMO to ensure alignment to schedule
- Maintain current records and documentation relating to supplier management

- Prior experience in 3rd party supplier/vendor management
- Strong proficiency in O365 and SharePoint
