Job Description
I am currently working with a leading housing association based across Edinburgh, Glasgow and Elgin. They are looking to appoint three Regional Maintenance Managers covering each area to run a variety of projects within their assets team. This is a 6-12 month contract that may become permenant.
This role will have you overseeing the daily operation of VOIDs repairs and damp with a specific focus on the delivery of upgrades and repairs within the estate. You will be covering either Edinburgh Glasgow or Elgin in which the association has multiple sites. This role will be both customer and contractor facing, therefore you will be responsible for negating the challenges of social housing at various levels.
Flexi and hybrid working options are available, along with a strong salary offering. (46k)
