Worldwide Sales Consultant
Are you passionate about travel, sales, and delivering world-class customer service? Join our dynamic in-house tour operator team as a Worldwide Sales Consultant. We are a leading B2B Tour Operator, handling inbound calls from across Hays Travel & beyond.
About the Role:
As a Sales Consultant, you\’ll specialise in creating tailor-made holiday packages for our trade partners. You’ll be responsible for crafting and selling bespoke, authentic travel arrangements that include:
Flights
Hotels
Transfers
Rail
Attractions & more
This is a business-to-business (B2B) role where your ability to build relationships and offer exceptional service to our valued travel partners will be key to your success.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Selling package holidays to travel agents
Answering incoming calls in a timely manner & to a high standard
Handling inbound enquiries and converting them into bookings
Creating bespoke holiday itineraries based on client needs
Providing outstanding customer service and support
Meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets
Attending relevant training to improve knowledge & skills
What We’re Looking For:
Confident, passionate, and motivated individuals
Minimum 1 year Travel experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A strong customer service focus – our agent partners are at the heart of everything we do
A team player with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
