What You'll Do:

  • Support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the branch
  • Drive team performance to achieve individual and collective sales targets
  • Provide hands-on coaching, support, and motivation to your team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
  • Represent the branch at local events and promote offers via social media
  • Achieve personal sales and development goals while helping your team grow

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Travel Consultant with a strong sales record
