About the Role
As the Digital Product Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the digital experience for our customer facing digital products. Working closely with our suppliers, cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you will define the product roadmaps for web and app, ensuring every product delivers measurable value to both Hays Travel and our customers. You’ll engage with a wide range of stakeholders to align on goals, contribute to the digital strategy and implement structured product development practises. With a strong understanding of product UX and user-centred design you will work closely with our in-house development team, ensuring our digital solutions are intuitive, impactful and user driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead evolution of customer-facing digital product portfolio – work with stakeholders to define the vision, direction and execution of digital product, ensuring they align with Hays Travel strategy and deliver exceptional value in supporting our other touch points.
- Digital Product Strategy – Contribute to the definition and implementation of the digital experience that enhances user engagement, conversion and champions the Hays Travel brand – leveraging digital to support our integral customer touch points such as the Branch.
- Definition and delivery of product roadmaps – Translating strategic goals into actionable product roadmaps for the web estate, defining and prioritising features that deliver impact and value. Gaining input and buy in from key stakeholders.
- Shape solutions with cross-functional teams – Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, developers, designers and analysts to transform business and user requirements into features and functionality.
- Define and measure product success – Establish KPIs and success metrics, using data to continuously improve and prove the success of the products.
- Implement digital product ways of working – Working closely with our stakeholders and Digital Delivery Manager, you will be integral to the implementation and optimisation of our ways of working in the digital product space.
- Champion user-centred design – Provide support and guidance to our newly established UX capabilities, putting the user at the heart of the approach and advocating excellent customer experience across all touchpoints.

- Travel experience would be desirable but is not a must-have.
- Collaborative ways of working, confidence in communication, with ability to balance stakeholder priorities and ensure a value-focused approach.
