What makes a successful Branch Manager? You lead from the front and by example. You have great leadership skills and experience of working in a team, leading and coaching your colleagues. You have 2 years travel sales experience and supervising a team under your belt. You achieve your own sales targets and drive your team to achieve their individual targets. Your exceptional communication and customer service skills are at the forefront of your day-to-day. You love numbers and are able to stay on top of the branch’s sales and targets. You are enthusiastic, optimistic and committed to contribute to the growth of the business.
