Your new company A well-established and growing organisation is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join their team in Waltham Abbey.

Your new role Working closely with the Sales Manager and external sales team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of sales administration activities.
Responsibilities will include
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Providing administrative support to the external sales team.
Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email.
Providing pricing information and assisting with order management.
Conducting outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
Following up on sales enquiries and marketing campaigns.
Maintaining accurate customer, product and pricing information.
Coordinating delivery updates and resolving customer service queries.
Supporting invoicing, credit notes and payment enquiries alongside internal teams.
Analysing customer activity and identifying opportunities to encourage repeat business.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience within a sales administration, customer service or sales support role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
Experience of CRM or ERP systems would be advantageous.
Experience within a B2B environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
What you'll get in return
Salary of £32,000-£35,000 depending on experience.
Immediate start available.
Full-time hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
