We are seeking a senior Engineering Lead / Technical Project Manager to drive delivery across a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) initiative. This role requires strong delivery discipline and the ability to translate complex regulatory and business requirements into executable scope, and confidence operating as the primary UK based engineering contact in a regulated, enterprise environment.

- Rate - up to 750/day Inside IR35 via Umbrella
- Hybrid - 3 days / week
- Duration - Initially until year-end (multi-year project)
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single engineering lead across risk and compliance delivery initiatives
- Translate high level regulatory and business requirements into clear technical scope and delivery plans
- Lead end to end delivery governance covering design, build, implementation, and readiness
- Define feasibility, scope boundaries, and delivery approach for TPRM prototype / POC
- Orchestrate architects, BAs, engineers, risk, compliance, and vendor teams
- Engage senior UK based stakeholders and drive progress with minimal direction
