Your new role
This critical role ensures that system changes, enhancements, and integrations are rigorously tested and validated to support accurate, compliant, and efficient operations. The successful candidate will act as a subject-matter expert across HR systems, collaborating with IT, Payroll, and HR teams to deliver high-quality system support and improvements.
Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes and enhancements.
Develop and maintain test scenarios, scripts, and documentation to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
Collaborate with internal IT teams and external service providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll system changes.
Simulate payroll processing scenarios in Oracle EBS to validate system functionality and ensure compliance with business processes.
Identify, report, and track bugs or errors found during testing phases.
Act as a key point of contact for Oracle HR/Payroll queries and system-related issues.
Provide SME support for HR and IT projects, contributing to system improvements and process simplification.
Build strong relationships across HR Shared Services and business units to enhance system usage and data quality.
Attend regular Incident and Change Request meetings with IT and Unisys.
Ensure SLAs are met, and customer expectations are consistently delivered.

Proven experience in Oracle EBS.
Strong understanding of payroll operations, compliance requirements, and system integration.
Experience in writing and executing UAT scripts and documenting test evidence.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
