Overview: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the delivery of a large-scale ServiceNow implementation. Working as part of a delivery team, you will configure, develop, test and support ServiceNow capabilities across multiple workstreams, with a focus on HRSD, CSM, Employee Centre, Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions across HRSD and CSM.
- Build and maintain record producers, forms, workflows, catalog items, notifications and case management capabilities.
- Configure Employee Centre experiences and user journeys.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Support configuration of Virtual Agent and Now Assist capabilities.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement and technical design discussions.
- Support unit testing, SIT, UAT and defect resolution activities.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, testers and business stakeholders.
