We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a leading organisation at their site on the outskirts of Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of complex HR matters and play a key role in shaping the people strategy.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage Employee Relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Advise and coach managers and senior leaders on HR best practice, empowering them to manage their teams effectively.
- Support organisational change projects, including restructures and transitions, ensuring compliance and positive employee engagement.
- Drive HR initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and policy development.
- Provide HR data and insights to inform decision-making and improve business performance.
- Collaborate internationally, supporting HR operations across global sites.
This is a position where you'll have real influence, working closely with senior stakeholders and making a tangible impact on the business.
What you'll need to succeed:
- CIPD Level 5 (or above).
- Strong Employee Relations experience in a commercial environment.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
