We are currently recruiting for a Performance Analyst to join a high-profile public sector digital transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary delivery environment focused on developing and improving customer-facing digital services. The successful candidate will join a team responsible for supporting a rapidly evolving portfolio of digital forms, helping to ensure that data and insight sit at the heart of decision-making.
You will play a key role in shaping how performance data is collected, analysed, and utilised to improve service outcomes and customer experiences. Working closely with stakeholders and senior analytical professionals, you will help establish meaningful performance frameworks that enable teams to understand and optimise the entire user journey, while supporting wider transformation initiatives across the digital landscape.
