My client is a global insurance organisation seeking an experienced Programme Manager for a high-profile cloud migration initiative.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager within large, complex enterprise environments, delivering major cloud migration programmes from on‑prem to cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Azure and/or GCP with the ability to engage confidently in technical discussions and translate detail for business and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align multiple teams and senior leaders.
- Proven ability to manage programme risks, issues, and dependencies, driving mitigation, ownership, and clear reporting.
- Experience coordinating internal teams and third‑party suppliers, ensuring effective governance and delivery.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to operate at both technical and C‑suite levels.
