Your new company A leading UK organisation operating in the industrial, supply chain and logistics sectors. Your new role This is a 12-month fixed term contract (FTC) to move 450 blue collar workers from weekly to monthly pay by April 2027. Reporting into the HR Director and working closely with the Head of Pay Benefits, you will be responsible for the delivery of projects, and services, ensuring strong operational performance, effective stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. Lead the day-to-day planning, coordination, and delivery of projects and business priorities to agreed timescales and objectives. Manage stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Monitor performance, risks, and project progress, implementing corrective actions where required. Oversee resource allocation, workload management, and budget tracking to ensure efficient delivery. Facilitate governance activities, including reporting, compliance, risk management, and decision-making processes. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, service delivery, and operational effectiveness.
