We're supporting an NHS client as they enter the next phase of their Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme and are looking to engage two experienced data professionals to support the pre-procurement stage of the project. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future EPR landscape within a complex healthcare environment. The Trust is an integrated care provider delivering both acute and community services, making this a particularly interesting programme for candidates with broad NHS experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven NHS Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme experience is essential
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data, data migration, data quality or EPR-related data activities
  • Experience supporting EPR programmes during pre-procurement, procurement, implementation or transformation phases
  • Ability to engage with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience working within integrated care organisations that provide both acute and community healthcare services
  • Exposure to major EPR programmes across any supplier platform (the Trust is currently supplier agnostic)
  • Understanding of NHS data standards, reporting and information management practices

These roles will support a significant EPR transformation programme at a critical pre-procurement stage, helping to shape data strategy, requirements and readiness activities ahead of supplier selection. Candidates will have the opportunity to influence a major digital transformation that will impact services across both acute and community care settings.
