We're looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join a growing data team, supporting the development of modern data solutions, reporting capabilities, and analytics across a large-scale Azure data platform. The role combines data modelling, reporting, and hands-on data engineering work within a cloud-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop data models, schemas, KPIs, measures, calculations, and critical data elements.
- Support the migration of data and reporting assets into an Azure Data Lake environment.
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Develop reporting and analytics solutions to improve business insight and operational efficiency.
- Support data engineering activities using Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and SQL.
- Contribute to data governance, data quality, and reporting improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF) and SQL.
- Advanced Data Modelling and Data Schema Design expertise.
- Experience applying Medallion Architecture principles.
- Strong Power BI development and reporting experience.
- Experience creating KPIs, measures, calculations and critical data elements.
- Knowledge of ETL frameworks and data integration processes.
- Experience with Azure Data Lake and dimensional modelling.
