My client is a well-known consultancy seeking an O365/MDM Senior Engineer. An exciting opportunity to work as part of a growing End User Services UK department supporting multiple high profile clients. The role of O365 / Mobile Device Management Senior Engineer will be a forward thinking position, across a broad range of work tasks across Collaborative Systems/Applications, Standard Operating Environments using standard support Toolsets, Capgemini processes and managing the Enterprise Systems.
If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks. For this position, you must hold or be eligible for SC clearance and be a sole UK national.
Job Responsibilities:- Undertaking performance monitoring, tuning, fault diagnosis, incident and request resolution including support for the team to undertake such tasks.
- Support and manage scheduling of Project work tasks and liaise with Project Managers to achieve planned deliverables.
- Automation of repeat tasks to create efficiency and remove error.
- Troubleshoot with and support O365 and MDM team members to achieve BAU SLA commitments.
- Produce working documentation / HLD re Toolset or service configuration.
- Involvement and leadership of new IT Infrastructure projects.
- Working across clients to share subject matter knowledge and experience.
- Be Eligible or Hold SC Clearance.
- Email System including: M365 and Intune.
- Azure End user desktop support.
- Office applications, including SharePoint.
- End user communication: Microsoft Teams, Skype Federation (not essential).
- Phone handset management and configuration.
- Enterprise Smart Device (i.e. Blackberry UEM, Android) System.
