A leading global professional services organisation is seeking a Data Integration Consultant to join its growing Payroll Technology, Data & Transformation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in data, systems integration, business analysis or transformation projects who is looking to develop their consulting career whilst working on large scale technology and payroll transformation programmes.

Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle or Glasgow locations.

Working as part of a specialist team, you will support organisations in solving complex technology and data challenges through a combination of data integration, process automation and transformation services.

You'll work closely with both internal teams and external clients to understand requirements, design solutions and support the delivery of innovative data and technology programmes.

Key responsibilities include

Supporting the implementation of payroll and workforce data strategies.

Configuring and supporting automated data integration solutions.

Translating business requirements into technical specifications.

Working with stakeholders to define and deliver transformation initiatives.

Supporting the delivery of managed technology services and ongoing client engagements.

Contributing to project planning, governance and stakeholder management activities.

We're interested in hearing from individuals with experience in technology, data, integration, business analysis or transformation roles who can demonstrate strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

You'll ideally bring experience in a combination of some of the following:

Payroll, HR, workforce management or enterprise systems experience.

Data integration, transformation or automation projects.

ETL tools, RPA or Visual analytics experience SQL, Python, Power Shell, Java Script, .

NET or similar technologies.

Requirements gathering, solution design and stakeholder management.

Agile, SDLC, Dev Ops or related delivery methodologies.

Data analytics, reporting and process improvement.

Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
