We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Administrator to provide maternity cover within a busy team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing data processes, producing reports, and supporting operational efficiency across multiple sites (Manchester, Liverpool and Warrington; you must be prepared to do 2 days a week on site).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update monthly data sets accurately and on time.
- Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with customers to resolve queries and ensure smooth data handling.
- Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and record transactions in line with company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with data integrity and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong IT proficiency, with advanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
- Previous experience in data administration or similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills for dealing with customers and internal teams.
Desirable:
- Experience working within housing or local council environments.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and financial transaction recording.
- Any knowledge of Asset Management.
