As the M&A Integration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing integration strategies for newly acquired businesses. Working closely with the M&A and Group Finance teams, you will develop integration plans during the pre-acquisition phase and lead cross-functional teams post-acquisition to ensure seamless transitions. Your responsibilities will include managing project plans, tracking synergies, coordinating resources, and driving communication across departments such as Sales, HR, IT, and Finance. You'll also contribute to the development of integration playbooks and due diligence frameworks to support repeatable success.
