As a Senior Manager within our Cyber practice, you will lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge cyber and technology resilience solutions for clients across Financial Services or Corporate industries. You will shape resilience strategy, guide senior stakeholders, and deliver complex transformation programmes that strengthen organisations against disruption.
What You'll Do
- Lead resilience assessments across data centres, cloud platforms, networks, and enterprise architecture, identifying failure points and recovery gaps.
- Define end-to-end cyber resilience strategies, covering backup and recovery, automated failover, cloud-native resilience, DRaaS, ZTNA, container orchestration, and load balancing.
- Develop target states, roadmap plans, and capability uplift programmes aligned to good-practice frameworks and regulatory expectations.
- Deliver resilient migration strategies for cloud and data centre transformations.
- Design and embed resilient operating models for IT service management.
- Lead cyber recovery exercises including application rebuilds, service restoration, and infrastructure recovery.
- Support regulatory compliance through benchmarking and readiness assessments.
Leadership & Business Development
- Build and grow senior client relationships, shaping new opportunities and advising C-suite stakeholders.
- Lead proposals, commercial negotiations, and sales cycles with confidence.
- Produce compelling client-ready deliverables, proposals, and executive briefings.
- Manage multi-workstream engagements in high-pressure environments.
- Mentor and develop team members while contributing to the Cyber & Technology Resilience eminence and culture.
What You Bring
- Strong consultancy experience in cyber or technology resilience, with expertise across cloud, data centre, networks, or backup and recovery technologies (e.g., Commvault, Dell, Rubrik).
- Proven ability to design and implement resilient cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Working knowledge of resilience frameworks and operational resilience principles.
- Strong consulting skills: client relationship building, complex problem-solving, structured communication, and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Experience leading delivery from requirements through to implementation and testing.
- Project and programme management capability within complex environments.
- Industry knowledge in Financial Services or Corporate sectors.
