My client is an instantly recognisable brand who urgently require a Senior Delivery Lead with a strong Business Change background, and excellent working knowledge of Financial Regulations (DORA / GDPR / Solvency II etc) along with strong understanding of Operational Resilience and 3rd Party Relationship Management.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Delivery Lead within a highly Regulated Insurance / Financial Services environment
- Demonstrable experience of delivering Business Change
- Exceptional knowledge of Financial Regulations (DORA / GDPR / Solvency II etc), with proven experience of working on large Regulatory Programmes
- Excellent understanding of Operational Resilience
- Strong knowledge of 3rd Party Relationship Management
- Ability to work autonomously, with focus on rigour and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience of managing relationships with key and senior stakeholders up to C-Suite / Exec level
- Highly proficient in Risk, Resource, and Cost / Benefit management
