My clients are looking for a PMO Lead who is available to take on a challenging PMO Lead role. This role is a 6-month rolling contract and paying £550 per day inside scope of IR35. This role is remote working with the possible odd travel to the office. This role also requires someone who has active government SC Clearance. Anyone without an active government SC clearance will not be considered.

PSO Role
A hands-on support role embedded within the portfolio or specific project management teams. Typical responsibilities include:
- Maintaining RAID logs, plans, schedules, actions
- Producing weekly/monthly reports and MI
- Supporting governance meetings and follow-ups
- Tracking risks, issues, and dependencies
- Supporting delivery managers and programme leads with admin and coordination
- Driving staff onboarding activities, communicating beyond department boundaries to support SAS Engineering and Delivery staff
PMO Role
A central function that sets standards, provides oversight, and enables delivery across projects, programmes, or portfolios. Typical responsibilities include:
- Helps define delivery standards, frameworks, and controls
- Portfolio and Engineering level reporting, risk & issue oversight, dependency management
- Escalation and assurance to senior leadership
- Resource, financial, and delivery insight across multiple initiatives
- Supports a single source of truth for delivery status
- Can help put in place tracking and controls on projects and programmes
- Will escalate key issues, risks and dependencies
