We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to join a large-scale digital programme, delivering modern applications within a microservices environment.
Active SC Clearance and NPPV3 are essential.
Key Requirements
Strong experience developing full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot), React and Type Script.
Active SC Clearance and NPPV3.
Proven experience working within microservices architectures, building scalable and maintainable solutions.
Strong knowledge of Postgre SQL or other relational SQL databases.
Hands-on experience with Docker and containerised application deployment.
Experience applying Test-Driven Development (TDD) using frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, or similar.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or equivalent tooling.
Comfortable working within Agile teams and collaborating across engineering disciplines.
Nice to
Have
Experience defining and consuming APIs using Swagger/Open API.
Experience with Gradle and database migration tooling such as Liquibase.
Knowledge of Kafka and event-driven architectures.
