Your new role
As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for setting up refresh clinics, moving the required quantity of devices as instructed by the site manager from on-site storage to the clinic location. You will be required to log into systems as required, performing tasks such as laptop refreshes, post-migration support, manual stock check and daily reporting.
