Role Overview
We are looking for a Power BI Developer to enhance reporting and business intelligence across EFM. The role focuses on improving dashboards, data pipelines, and insight generation to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and improve campus KPIs and dashboards across key forums (Executive, Operational, Risk, IMS, etc.)
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and visualisations
- Develop and support data pipelines, integrating sources such as Planon, Google tools, and SQL
- Collaborate with the central BI team on data architecture and AWS cloud migration.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and alignment with business priorities.
- Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and advanced analytics (AI, predictive modelling)
- Support governance processes, including risk and compliance reporting.
Key Skills & Experience
Essential
- Strong Power BI experience (DAX, Power Query)
- SQL and data modelling expertise
- Experience integrating multiple data sources.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and analytical skills
Desirable
- AWS or cloud BI experience
- Exposure to AI / advanced analytics
- Experience with Planon or similar systems
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks
