Your new role As Lead Data Scientist, you\'ll take ownership of a small but growing data team, currently consisting of two Analysts and one Data Scientist. Reporting directly to the CTO, you\'ll be responsible for shaping the data science strategy, implementing scalable processes, and delivering impactful insights across the business. You\'ll work hands-on with machine learning, AI, and LLMs to solve complex problems, while also mentoring your team and engaging with senior stakeholders to align data initiatives with business goals.
