We are working with a global financial institution to recruit a Junior PMO to join their Markets transformation team. The successful candidate will coordinate project activities, maintain project plans, status reports, and RAID logs. Over time, the candidate will also participate in issue and risk identification and resolution, dependency tracking, and facilitating working group meetings. Additionally, the role includes maintaining reports on daily UAT test results and key KPIs such as execution and pass rates, trade inventory bookings, defect discovery rates, and progress burndowns. Key Responsibilities Track and manage project documents. Schedule and coordinate meetings, including documenting minutes. Assist in submitting updates to meet reporting requirements. Coordinate project activities and maintain project plans, status reports, and RAID logs. Participate in issue and risk identification and resolution, and dependency tracking. Plan and facilitate working group meetings. Maintain reports on daily UAT test results and key KPIs, including execution and pass rates, trade inventory bookings, defect discovery rates, and progress burndowns.Essential Criteria Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Inquisitive nature, with the ability to ask pertinent questions. Excellent communication skills. Understanding of project plan mechanics to highlight the impacts of changes. Preferred: Experience in regulatory delivery and proficiency in MS Project.Although the role is an initial contract there is a high possibility of extension.
