Your new role A large government organisation is currently looking for an experienced Product Manager to play a key role in managing an internally facing product. You will need a proven track record managing and internal digital products in a government organisation. You should be able to demonstrate leadership, effective stakeholder management and have a commitment to continuous learning.. What you’ll need to succeed Oversee the development, approval, and implementation of IT products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with organisational goals and regulatory requirements. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Conduct market research and stakeholder analysis to identify needs and opportunities for product enhancements. Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring clear communication of priorities and progress for stakeholders. Monitor and analyse product performance, implementing improvements based on user feedback and data insights. Ensure compliance with government policies, standards, and security protocols.
