An established organisation is seeking a proactive and organised Administrative & Communications Coordinator to provide high-quality administrative support and help coordinate internal communications across a busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Reporting into a senior leadership team, you will play a key role in supporting projects, meetings, communications, and administrative activities. You will be responsible for ensuring information flows effectively, coordinating key activities, and providing essential support to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, agendas, and logistics
- Support the planning and delivery of internal meetings, workshops, and events
- Prepare, distribute, and maintain documentation, reports, and meeting papers
- Coordinate internal communications and ensure key messages are shared effectively
- Liaise with colleagues and stakeholders to gather information and progress actions
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding actions and requests
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and administrative systems
- Support project activities through effective coordination and organisation
- Manage shared inboxes and respond to enquiries where appropriate
- Assist with document formatting, presentations, and communication materials
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the team
Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role is required, along with excellent organisational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and confidence liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Experience coordinating meetings, diaries, and communications, as well as strong attention to detail and accuracy, is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, is also necessary, along with a proactive and collaborative approach to work.
