Your New Company A large, well-respected organisation are looking for a Dynamics AX Consultant to support on one of their transformation programmes to upgrade its AX Dynamics ERP estate to a new landscape. You will directly be supporting the Lead and be a vital part of the Business Applications team. It is a Fixed Term Contract for 2 years. Your New Role In this role, you will provide 2nd line support for Microsoft Dynamics AX, business systems integrations, and custom applications. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues requiring third-line support. Experience across Microsoft Dynamics AX, implementation, troubleshooting and overall support experience. Responsibilities will include conducting root cause analysis, resolve issues, and implement preventive measures to address data, application code, and user-generated system issues. You will also obtain, understand, translate, and document solution requirements to achieve the desired outcomes.
