Job Opportunity: Performance Analyst - Digital (G‑Forms)

Rate: Up to £400/day

Clearance: BPSS

Location: Telford - 2 days on-site

About the Role

Join a fast‑paced digital team using an in‑house forms platform and modern tech tools (including Upscan, Scala, GDS prototyping kit and more) to deliver high‑impact, user‑focused digital services. We’ve recently brought together two digital forms teams into one, and we’re looking for a Performance Analyst who can help put data at the heart of everything we do. You’ll be the go‑to person for shaping how we collect, analyse and present insights that drive smarter decisions and better digital products.

What You’ll Do

  • Build dashboards, performance insights and deep‑dive analysis that influence delivery
  • Help create a strong data culture across a newly-expanded team
  • Work closely with senior analysts across multiple digital form platforms
  • Explore a wide variety of user journeys and operational data to uncover opportunities for improvement
  • Bring fresh ideas, experiment with data and help drive innovation
