My client is an instantly recognisable Insurer who require a Senior PMO to provide Senior PMO leadership across planning, financials, RAID, dependency management, governance forums and executive reporting, ensuring coordination across the business.
Key Requirements:
- Previous commercial experience working as a Senior PMO leading oversight for a large-scale transformation programme, managing integrated plans, milestones, critical path and multi-workstream delivery across design, build, testing and launch phases.
- The ability to own programme governance, including steering committees, executive reporting, forums, decision logs and production of high-quality materials for senior stakeholders.
- Solid experience managing RAID, dependencies and assumptions, driving proactive risk mitigation, issue resolution, audit readiness and overall delivery confidence.
- Excellent communication skills and able to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, business, technology, finance, risk and third-party partners to enable alignment and effective decision-making.
- The ability to ensure adherence to governance frameworks, delivery lifecycle standards, controls and reporting requirements within a complex, regulated environment.
- Can produce high-quality reporting, dashboards and KPIs, providing clear insight on progress, finances, risks, dependencies and launch readiness.
- Able to support financial governance, including budget tracking, forecasting, cost control and transparency of spend and scope decisions.
- Experience driving continuous improvement in PMO standards, controls and reporting, bringing strong analytical capability, stakeholder management and communication skills to operate effectively in a fast-paced transformation programme.
