Your new role
As a Research Ops Lead, you will be required to undertake the following:
- Creating and publishing regular user research reporting, including the monthly reports
- User Research Panel Management and refresh
- Creating and executing strategies for enhanced panel engagement, especially amongst key target audiences eg. seldom heard voices, users with accessibility needs, etc.
- Planning and executing user research studies eg. Diary Studies
- Supporting delivery squads with user research eg. usability testing, moderation, user interviews
- Owning and refining the User Needs repository, continuously improving it for use by delivery teams
- Owning and updating research assets eg templates for consent
- Continuously improving ResearchOps processes on the App
- Leading a team of 1x ResearchOps Analyst
You must be eligible for BPSS.
What you’ll get in return: £394 per day (inside IR35).
